Whose games are these?
All 31 games on Chwar Soft are our own. They are built by our studio and hosted on our own server at chwarsoft.com/our-games/. Each game page loads the game inside a secure frame.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Every game works with or without an account. An account adds welcome coins, a daily bonus, a player level and a list of games you've recently played.
Which devices are supported?
Any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS or iPadOS — including Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Use the Fullscreen button for the best view on phones.
A game won't load. What should I do?
Press Reload under the game, check your connection and make sure your browser is up to date. Some privacy extensions block frames; allowing chwarsoft.com usually fixes this. If the problem continues, tell us which game.
Can I win anything?
No. The games are for entertainment only. Coins are virtual, have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, sold or exchanged. There are no prizes.
Sign-in & account
How do I create an account?
Go to Create account, enter your name, a username, email, UK phone number and a password, confirm you're 18+ and in the UK, and accept our terms. You can also use Continue with Google.
What's on my account page?
Your account page shows your username, email, coin balance, current level and XP, your daily bonus timer and your recently played games.
How do levels work?
You earn XP for joining (+50), your first sign-in each day (+20), collecting the daily bonus (+40) and opening games while signed in (+10, up to 20 times a day). There are ten levels, from Rookie to Legend.
I forgot my password.
Send us a message with the topic Forgot password from the email address on your account and we'll help you get back in. For your security, we never send passwords by email.
My account is locked.
After five wrong passwords, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account. Wait and try again, or contact us.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My account and use Delete account. Your account file is permanently removed from our server straight away.
Security & data — how your details are kept safe
In short: everything to do with your account and your messages is handled on our server. Nothing sensitive is stored in your browser, shown on a page, or reachable from the web.
- Server-based forms. The sign-up, sign-in, contact and Player Care forms all send their information directly to our server, which checks it before doing anything. Pages never display other people's details.
- Hashed passwords. Your password is converted into a one-way hash before it's saved. Nobody on our team can see the password you chose.
- Protected account files. Your account is kept on our server as a private file that the web server refuses to serve. There's no public database and no data is exposed through the website.
- Secure session. Signing in sets one strictly necessary, http-only session cookie that scripts can't read.
- Brute-force protection. Five wrong passwords in a row pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
- Encrypted email. Messages from our forms are sent by our server to our support inbox using authenticated SMTP with TLS encryption.
- Private logs. A record of each form submission (never including passwords) is kept in a protected log on the server, so we can confirm messages arrived and spot misuse.
- No payment details. We never ask for or store card or bank details, because there's nothing to buy.
