About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Chwar Soft at chwarsoft.com (the “Site”), including every game, page and account feature. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Chwar Soft. “You” means the person using the Site.

Who can use the Site

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must live in the United Kingdom.
  • You must give true, accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date.
  • You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

We may ask you to confirm your age or identity and may suspend an account if we believe these rules aren't being met.

Free-to-play only — no real money

Chwar Soft is a free-to-play entertainment site. It is not a gambling service.

  • There is nothing to buy and we will never ask for payment, card or bank details.
  • Coins are virtual. They have no monetary value, can't be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything of value, and aren't your property.
  • No prizes of money or real-world value are offered.
  • Success in our free games doesn't imply future success at real-money gambling.

Our games

All games on the Site are our own and are hosted on our server. They load inside a frame on each game page and can be played with or without an account. We may add, change, pause or remove games at any time, and we don't guarantee that every game will always be available or error-free.

Outcomes inside the games are generated by the games themselves and are for entertainment only.

Your account

  • You can register with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your account details are stored on our server in a protected file and your password is stored only as a secure hash.
  • After five incorrect password attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Coins, bonuses and levels

  • New accounts receive 50,000 welcome coins.
  • A daily bonus of 10,000 coins can be collected once every 24 hours from your account page.
  • Experience points (XP) and levels are earned by signing in, collecting the bonus and opening games, and are purely cosmetic.
  • We may change amounts, reset balances, or correct errors (for example, coins added by a fault) at any time.
  • Coins, XP and levels end when your account is deleted or closed.

Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, register or collect bonuses;
  • attempt to access accounts, files or systems that aren't yours, or interfere with the Site's security;
  • copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or code;
  • use the Site for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The Site, its games, artwork, logos and text belong to Chwar Soft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only to play on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Availability and liability

The Site is provided free of charge and “as is”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Responsible play

Please play in moderation. If you'd like a break or a restriction on your account, see our Responsible Play page or contact Player Care.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and contact
